Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Experience team via email or our online portal within 30 days of purchase to receive your Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the product is securely packed in its original RATIONALE packaging, including all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it at a designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
